As first time home sellers, we weren\'t sure what the process was or how to even get started. We wanted to make sure we were working with the right agents that would guide us through the process but also work with us and be there for us when issues or concerns came up to make sure that we were making the best decisions for our interest. We decided that we couldn\'t just pick any agent, and we should interview a series of agents and this was the best decision we made! It was shocking to my husband and I the vast difference between Rajiv and Geeta Rajpal compared to other agents. From their original presentation, to their selling strategy to their approach, Rajiv and Geeta were no doubt the strongest, most professional and courteous agents we had met and had a fantastic strategy on how to best sell our home based on our requirements and limitations.
We quickly learned as our home went up on the market, the stress and challenges associated with this process but we never felt like we were on our own handling this. Rajiv and Geeta continued to provide support, via e-mail, phone calls, meetings. They would work with us to help manage scheduling conflicts, safety concerns, and unpleasant showing experiences. They not only listened to us, but guided us and supported us throughout.
When it came to offers, our agent was on our side! They would explain the process, the details and the benefits associated with each offer and challenge, never pushing us to one offer over another to simply close the deal. They patiently waited with us until the right offer was presented and we worked together to ensure that what was being agreed to was secure and provided us with all our requirements.
The best part although did not come until the end, after the offer was signed. At a time that I expected the relationship to slow down, it didn\'t. Rajiv and Geeta continued to stay in touch with us, offering support and options for moving plans, costs, and overall mental support. The best decision my husband and I made was to interview several agents as it made it very clear to us great Rajiv and Geeta were. They exceeded our expectations in every way possible. No doubt in our minds, the next time we are ready to move we will only be making one call!
Now that I have moved out of my home, and the process is done, I drive through the town and see several homes for sell, and I ask myself how silly some people must be, if I don\'t see them working with the best agents out there today!

When you first cold called, I was not sure if I wanted to sell my house or rent it out. However, you persuaded me to meet with you and hear you out. From the moment you walked in with your presentation and provided me with all the pros and cons, facts and figures, I knew I had to sell my house with you as the listing agent.... and so I did.
You provided a team of people to paint and stage the house and in just over a week, we had our first open house. You spared no expense from the photographer, the stunning and colourful feature sheets, the complimentary packing boxes, down to the cleaning lady.
It was an incredible journey and though it took 3 months due to the down turn in the market, you were the only agent in our town house complex who sold from a pool of 6 houses that were up for sale. As if that wasn\'t enough, my house was the most expensive one for sale in the complex! Your patience, perseverance and energy were amazing. You are the only agent I have the pleasure of knowing that just didn\'t hang up a \'For Sale\' sign and call it a day, as that has been my experience in the past. You provided me with constant feedback and hounded anyone you thought had the slightest interest in the house. After selling a couple of homes in the past and dealt with real estate agents which I have found to be incompetent of their jobs. I have completely lost faith of other agent\'s ability to sell a home for me. After all, as a seller, I had to pay the commission to sell the house, and that money has to go to someone who actually contributes efforts and work to close the deal, not just to sign the listing, wait and see and take the money when the house is sold with doing very little. And because of that, I have no respect to any real estate agent at all.
To put it this way, will you hire someone to work for you if he or she is lazy?
I picked the Rajpal team is because of their different approach to selling a home. Their combined experiences in negotiating and selling tactics and
strategies have helped many sellers to sell their homes in short period of time with 100 to 99% of their listing price.
